1 Acceptance of Terms

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on onexch.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts created for any reason — including bonus exploitation, circumventing limits, or evading account restrictions — will be closed. All funds in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

onexch may request identity verification documents at any point, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or when account activity triggers a review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension. Accepted documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and other valid photo identification.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your onexch account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. onexch will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

• Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow others to use your account or place bets on your behalf.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact onexch support immediately and change your password without delay.
• All transactions and bets made from your account are your responsibility, including those made by a third party who gains access through your negligence.

onexch is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Accounts must only be accessed from devices and networks you trust. Using public Wi-Fi networks to access your account is at your own risk.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on onexch are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and compatible mobile wallets.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is PKR 200. There is no upper limit stated by onexch, though individual payment method limits may apply.
• Deposits are typically credited to your onexch balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• Deposit funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• onexch does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts that match the name registered on your onexch account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed in your account settings at the time of request.
• onexch does not charge withdrawal fees. Most withdrawals process within minutes during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing if your account has not been previously verified or if the withdrawal amount triggers a review threshold.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

5 Betting Rules and Market Settlement

onexch operates as a betting exchange, meaning bets are matched between players rather than placed against the house. The platform facilitates matching and charges commission on net winnings only. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been matched on the exchange.
• Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC, and other recognised cricket authorities.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published for that event type.
• onexch reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear and obvious pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes returned.
• Bets on PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and other cricket formats are settled using official scorecards from the relevant competition organiser.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and platform connectivity. onexch is not responsible for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by event and market type.

Where a result is disputed or an official result is delayed, onexch reserves the right to suspend market settlement until an official result is confirmed. During this period, funds remain in the player's account and are not accessible for withdrawal.

6 Casino, Slots and Bingo Rules

All casino games, slot titles, and bingo rooms on onexch are provided by certified game suppliers. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The following rules apply across all gaming products:

• All wagers placed on casino games and slots are final once confirmed. Technical malfunctions during a game round will be investigated and handled according to the relevant game provider's stated policy.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Unusually large wins may require additional identity verification before the amount is credited to your withdrawal balance.
• Bingo games operate on fixed ticket pricing and prize structures published in each room before tickets are purchased. Prizes are distributed according to the rules of the specific bingo variant being played.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Game histories and transaction records are stored securely and are available for review in your account history section.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are provided by the game suppliers and are typically published within the game's help or information section. onexch does not adjust RTP settings for individual players.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

onexch offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published on the Promotions page for each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates are stated in the specific terms for each promotion. Always read these before opting in.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• onexch reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, though offers already opted into and in progress will be honoured under their original terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless the promotion terms specifically state that combination is permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to appear from different locations, or placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Free bets, if offered, must be used within the validity period stated. Unused free bets expire without compensation.

8 VIP Programme Terms

The onexch VIP loyalty programme rewards players who maintain regular activity on the platform. Points are accumulated through betting and gaming activity and determine tier progression. The following terms apply to the VIP programme:

• VIP points are awarded based on qualifying activity as defined in the VIP programme details published on the VIP page.
• VIP tier status and associated benefits are reviewed periodically. Players who do not maintain qualifying activity levels may be moved to a lower tier.
• VIP benefits including enhanced withdrawal limits, reduced commission rates, and exclusive promotions are available only while the corresponding tier status is active.
• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• onexch reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice. Accumulated points will be honoured for a defined period following any such change.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on onexch and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account's lifetime.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Creating multiple accounts or using proxy accounts operated by third parties.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate market outcomes or exchange bets in a manner designed to circumvent the exchange mechanism.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software that places bets or plays games without direct human interaction.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to place bets at incorrect odds or claim winnings from erroneous game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or onexch staff in any manner.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.

onexch monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. During an investigation, account funds may be temporarily held pending the outcome. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed permanently.

10 Suspension and Termination

onexch may suspend or close your account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity or transactions that trigger a fraud or money laundering review.
• At your own request — players may close their account by contacting support.
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined in the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances that are not associated with active bonus wagering will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any required investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting the onexch support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and will take effect promptly.

11 Limitation of Liability

onexch provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• onexch is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
• onexch is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a player's decision to place bets or wagers — all gambling activity carries inherent financial risk that the player accepts voluntarily.
• onexch is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Where onexch is found liable for any reason, liability is limited to the amount of the transaction directly involved in the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy and Data

• Personal data collected includes registration information, payment details, device information, and betting and gaming history.

• onexch does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

13 Responsible Gaming

If you continue to use onexch after updated Terms have come into effect, this constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the new Terms take effect.
